Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to join a busy finance team in Finchampstead. You will process high volumes of supplier invoices, match multi-line invoices to PO numbers, investigate discrepancies and prepare payment runs. Excel skills and accuracy are essential.

The role offers office-based starting arrangement with up to two days work from home after probation, and a salary in the £30,000-£35,000 band. Previous accounts payable experience preferred.

• Numerically confident and highly accurate.
• Bright, quick learners considered with 1–2 years of purchase ledger or accounts payable experience.
• Excel skills and interest in accounting qualifications are beneficial.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Location: Finchampstead, Wokingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Working Arrangements: Office-based initially, with up to two days working from home after probation.

Ideally, you will have one to two years' purchase ledger or accounts payable experience, although bright, quick learners will also be considered.
