Elevation Accountancy and Finance are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for their team in Garforth, Leeds. The role is office-based on a permanent basis, handling high-volume invoicing and supplier queries using SAGE 50/200. Salary up to £28k depending on experience, with benefits including gym access and pension contributions.

Ideal candidates will have experience with purchase ledgers, be organised, and able to chase approvals efficiently while maintaining accurate supplier records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAGE 50/SAGE 200.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices into SAGE.
• Match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Request and chase approvals of invoices.
• Monitor the daily email inbox.
• Reconcile supplier statements and request documents.
• Handle supplier queries and escalate when needed.
• Deal with CIS and subcontractors.
