Pratap Partnership Ltd is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for its Chesterfield-based manufacturing operation. The role involves processing haulage and overhead invoices across five sites, setting up new suppliers on Sage, and performing bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have priorPurchase Ledger experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, strong IT skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume Purchase Ledger role.
• Strong IT skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process haulage invoices for the group (all 5 sites).
• Process overhead invoices for the group (all 5 sites).
• Cover for material invoices as required (5 sites).
• Send out new supplier forms and set them up on Sage with due diligence.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
