Role Responsibilities

This role involves a variety of purchase ledger duties, including:

• Processing all purchase invoices and obtaining approval for payment
• Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
• Compiling monthly payment runs, ensuring all invoices are uploaded
• Dealing with supplier queries via phone and email
• Performing other accounting duties as required by the Finance Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience in the construction industry and supplier dealings is advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• Organised, diligent, and able to work under pressure
