Downing College is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a three-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time, 36.25 hours per week, based in Cambridge.
You will manage invoices, code and input payments, match PO's, and perform monthly supplier reconciliations while ensuring timely payments and accurate records. A-Level or equivalent qualification and strong organizational skills are required.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant role is a full-time position, working 36.25 hours per week, on a three-month fixed-term contract. These hours are expected to be worked Monday to Friday, starting at 9.00am and finishing at 4.45pm with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break (although there is potential for a degree of flexibility on start/finish times).
The rate of pay for this role is £13.16 per hour, equating to £24,921 per annum for 36.25 hours per week (Step 26 on the College Salary Scale).
