You will work with a supportive staff team, bring First Aid when needed, and contribute to safeguarding and pupil welfare while benefiting from CPD, pension scheme, and cycle-to-work options.

Qualifications

• A compassionate, calm, and approachable manner with children.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• First Aid qualification (or a willingness to undertake training).
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch breaks in dining areas, classrooms, and playgrounds.
• Encourage inclusive play and promote positive behaviour in line with school values.
• Attend to basic first aid needs or minor incidents with care and patience.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team.
