Job summary

Winchelsea School is seeking a Pupil Participation Assistant to support pupils across all provisions, promoting participation and helping pupils develop emotional and social skills.

The role is term-time only, 32.5 hours per week, with pro-rata salary between £23,264 and £25,265. The successful candidate will handle confidential information with discretion and work under the Pupil Participation Lead.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across provisions, developing and implementing programmes of support.
• Promote participation in the curriculum and help pupils develop skills to manage feelings and conflict.
• Work in class modelling strategies, implementing behaviour support plans, responding to dysregulated pupils, and supporting.
