Job summary

St Bart's Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Abbey Hill Academy and College, seeks a proactive lead to direct the Pupil Support Team. You will coordinate mental health initiatives and targeted interventions to raise attainment and wellbeing.

You will liaise with staff, families, and external practitioners, chair multi-professional meetings, and drive school improvement through policy development and training.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the Pupil Support Team.
• Coordinate pupil mental health, SEMH and communication needs.
• Develop and monitor individual action plans for targeted pupils.
• Work with parents to address attendance/behaviour.
• Liaise with external agencies and professionals.
• Deliver whole-school training and contribute to policy development.

Responsibilities
