King's Lynn Academy is seeking a proactive Pupil Progress Co-ordinator to support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential. You will work with families, staff and external agencies to champion inclusion, wellbeing and positive outcomes for all pupils.

You will help develop and embed a strong culture of literacy, supporting reading, writing and communication skills essential for success across the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing pupil progress and attainment data.
• Experience working with families and external agencies.
• Experience with students and meeting their needs.
• Ability to work flexibly and calmly under pressure.
