You will support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, promote positive behaviour, engagement and wellbeing across the academy, contributing to a safe and inclusive environment where every young person can thrive.

Ideal candidates will have L2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or willingness to undertake, plus experience in education settings and strong communication, interpersonal skills,
