Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a medical, care or health-based setting.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience working with children with SEND and specific needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to relate well to children.
• Technical skills to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to build professional relationships with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day support for pupils with medical needs.
• Provide administrative and practical support to the SENDCo.
• Liaise with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external professionals as required.
• Support health needs training and awareness (e.g., tracheostomy care, diabetes management).
• Contribute to inclusive opportunities and a safe learning environment.
