We are commencing the search for a committed and adaptable SEND & Medical Support Co-ordinator to coordinate the day-to-day support for pupils with medical needs and provide administrative and practical support to the SENDCo in relation to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The postholder will support the effective organisation, recording and communication of medical and SEND information and will liaise with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external professionals as required. The successful candidate will be provided with full specialist training to manage health needs, including tracheostomy awareness and care and supporting pupils with diabetes management. You will work closely with the SENDCo to create inclusive opportunities for pupils to engage fully in school life.
