John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is seeking two Inclusion Support Assistants to join our team. You will support students with physical and sensory needs, assist staff, and help ensure access to the curriculum, with a focus on maintaining wellbeing and safety.
The role is fixed-term, term-time only (39.2 weeks per year) and part-time 32.5 hours per week, with salaries in the £20,804–£21,474 per annum range (actual) and additional alignment to the school's scale.

The successful candidates will support the SENDCo, teaching staff and students with a focus on students with physical and sensory needs. Under the direction of the SENDCo, the successful candidates will support students with day-to-day tasks in order for them to access the curriculum. This position will include personal care. We expect excellent communication between the successful candidate, staff and students.
