The Eresby School, Spilsby is seeking an Enrichment Lead to develop and deliver a broad, inclusive enrichment programme for pupils, including lunchtime clubs and community links, with a focus on pupils with SEND.

You will transport pupils to clubs and placements, work with families on transition to adulthood, and build strong ties with external agencies to enrich learning and opportunities across the academy.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or young people, ideally including pupils with SEND.
• Experience of organising activities, clubs, events, trips or community opportunities.
• Experience of working with parents/carers, external agencies or community partners.
• Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Current First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle(s) required by the role.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, colleagues, employers and external partners.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage pupils with a range of needs.
• Ability to complete accurate records, risk assessments and activity documentation.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
