Supply Desk are seeking a Pupil Engagement Support Assistant for an Ofsted Good rated Primary school in the Southampton area. Starting September 2026. Hours: 08:00 – 15:00. Pay: £85-£95 daily.

This full-time role involves reaching out to pupils struggling to make connections, maintaining a positive approach in challenging situations and building strong relationships with young learners. There is potential for a permanent contract.

Support from an active school community and ongoing DBS checks.
