Enfield Primary School in Enfield (EN1) is seeking an experienced Attendance & Welfare Officer to join the busy school office. This full-time role (08:30–16:00) is initially Temp to Perm and involves admissions, attendance administration and safeguarding responsibilities.

You will work with staff, parents/carers and senior leaders to monitor attendance, welfare and provide first aid when required. A current First Aid Certificate is essential for this role.

• Experience in school administration, attendance or welfare environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day pupil attendance administration and monitoring.
• Monitor attendance data, follow up unexplained or persistent absence.
• Communicate with parents/carers about attendance, welfare and first aid.
• Maintain accurate pupil records and welfare safeguarding data.
• Act as first point of contact for pupil first aid and minor injuries.
• Record first aid incidents and inform parents as appropriate.
• Support pupils who are unwell and liaise with pastoral teams.
• Use SIMS or similar MIS and Microsoft Office for admin tasks.
• Carry out routine office duties as required by Office Manager or SBM.
