A welcoming and well-organised primary school in Enfield is looking for an experienced Attendance & Welfare Officer to join their busy school office. The successful candidate will take responsibility for admissions and attendance administration, ensuring pupil records and school data are accurate, up to date and processed efficiently.
Working as part of the school administration and pastoral team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of pupil attendance, welfare and first aid. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents/carers and senior leadership to ensure attendance is accurately monitored and pupils receive appropriate support with their health, wellbeing and welfare needs.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for pupils who require first aid during the school day and will act as the first port of call for student first aid. A current First Aid Certificate is essential for this role.
The school is looking for someone who is highly organised, caring and confident working with children, parents/carers and confidential information. Previous experience within a school office, attendance or pastoral environment would be advantageous.
