Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Stevington is seeking a diligent Publishing Services Assistant to support the production studio on non-design tasks, including project admin, picture research and artwork commissioning.

You will help ensure on-time delivery, check proofs, format text, and coordinate with suppliers while using InDesign, Excel and Word. This full-time role requires on-site presence in Stevington from 9am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting publishing production teams with admin tasks.
• Familiar with proofs, asset tracking, and rights clearance.
• Proficient in InDesign, Word and Excel.
