Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Publishing Coordinator to join our Harrogate, North Yorkshire team. You will prepare and format reports and protocols for QA audit and client review, and manage electronic and paper archives according to timelines.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain databases and spreadsheets, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of study materials. The role offers a stable, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A level in Biology, Chemistry, English or IT.
• All tasks will be performed with minimal supervision on satisfactory completion of training.
• Tasks may include additional non-lab based study support duties related to Genetic Toxicology, in vivo and in vitro studies as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format check reports prior to QA audit and dispatch to the client as audited draft and final and distribute reports for scientific peer review
• Prepare and format check protocols and amendments for dispatch to the labs and the Client
• Preparation and distribution of electronic reports for the client via email/portal
• Maintenance/updating of relevant departmental spreadsheets, as required
• Prepare final reports and associated raw data to the archived department along agreed timelines
• Preparing non-study material for archival according to agreed schedules and requirements
• Assisting and organisation of the delivery of archive materials to the relevant departments and update relevant tracking systems with study status and dates

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37hrs

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Additional Job Standards

• All tasks will be performed with minimal supervision on satisfactory completion of training
• In addition they would be responsible for any other non lab based assigned tasks relating to study support and Genetic Toxicology, invivo and invitro studies, as required

Required Skills

• Knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft® Office, especially Word and Excel; Adobe® Acrobat®)
• Ability to utilise word-processing software, databases, spreadsheet and specialised software

• Excellent attention to detail time management skills and organizational skills

We are looking for a Publishing Coordinator who will be required to prepare and format reports and protocols for dispatch to QA for audit, and the client for review according to agreed schedules and requirements. They will also perform data archiving and checking; to support physical and electronic departmental archiving processes.
