Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle non-strategic matters to maintain scholarly journals: update agreements, journals records, and payments.
• Prepare materials for team reports, conferences and board meetings, including PowerPoint presentations; request annual reports and monitor schedule.
• Handle general enquiries from Springer Nature and external editors and authors.
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across departments to coordinate production, editorial office, marketing, conferences and deadlines.
• Respond to routine enquiries from customer services.
• Work with internal databases and software to track projects across journals.
