As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering hands-on change management support for products going live throughout a rolling implementation schedule. You will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute change approaches in an ambiguous environment, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption. Your expertise will help coach client teams to build their own change management capability, enabling them to sustain adoption independently long after go-live. This role brings significant value by bridging the gap between technical delivery and user adoption, ultimately ensuring that transformational products deliver real impact across operations.
