Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions for new communication channels and digital media, serving enterprise clients across sectors such as Telco & Media, Industry and Services, Banking and Insurance, and Public Administration. As a Delivery Consultant, you will support complex engagements, focusing on resilience, infrastructure, cloud programmes, and IT security remediation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in consulting delivery, programme management, and Operational Resilience programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with technology-driven programmes (infrastructure, cloud or security) in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of workstreams within consulting engagements.
• Manage programme governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and coordination of steering and working groups.
• Act as a central point of coordination across client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical SMEs.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and issues, driving resolution.
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums.
• Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables and ensure delivery remains aligned to programme objectives.
