Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Public Sector) to lead engagements from concept through delivery. You will shape product strategies and business cases, driving agile transformation in a user-centred context, and coach senior staff.

Strong communication with C-level stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. You will manage, coach and develop a small number of senior staff, focusing on performance and growth while delivering value to public sector

Qualifications

Extensive product management knowledge with strong UX, Agile and programme assurance.
Experience across two major business verticals including Public Sector.
Experience with at least two business applications (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
Strong C-level stakeholder communication and ability to mentor clients.
Broad business and technology understanding with awareness of industry trends.
Proven delivery experience as part of an agile team.
Experience in line management or coaching.
Expert facilitator: drive outcomes from diverse stakeholder groups.
Able to plan and lead engagements from initiation to completion.
Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
