Job summary

TLT LLP in Manchester or Birmingham is recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Public Sector Contracts and Procurement team. You will advise on public procurement law for central government departments and agencies, helping clients navigate complex frameworks.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern, progression, and exposure to high-profile national projects, with opportunities to develop strategy, bid management, and client training across multi-office teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE in UK public procurement.
• Strong understanding of UK public procurement law and related regulations.
• Experience drafting ITTs, specifications and notices.
• Knowledge of Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement strategy and documentation for local authorities and government agencies.
• Draft and review procurement documents, contracts and framework agreements.
• Support procurement litigations and bid challenges.
• Collaborate across multi-office teams and contribute to business development.
• Support training and client relationship development.
