Job summary

Sea Global is partnering with a public sector organisation in the social housing sector to recruit a Procurement Manager in Birmingham. You’ll work on varied, high‑impact procurement projects and influence strategies across housing sector clients.

You’ll manage end‑to‑end procurements from strategy to contract award, lead regulated exercises (RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection) and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015, while advising stakeholders

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end public sector procurements.
• Strong knowledge of PA23 and PCR2015.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement projects from strategy through contract award.
• Lead regulated procurement exercises including RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Ensure procurement activity complies with PA23 and PCR2015.
• Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers as a trusted partner.
• Support housing sector clients with compliant procurement solutions.
