Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager for the WWPS Distribution program in the EMEA region. You will drive partner acceleration with AWS Distributors, build strategic relationships, and enable revenue growth across public sector segments.

You’ll work with regional teams to shape joint sales initiatives and manage complex negotiations. The role emphasizes executive collaboration, pipeline management, and delivering compelling value for distributor partners across multiple AWS

Qualifications

Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Drive overall AWS partner sales, marketing, and partner strategy with the distribution team.
Develop and advance relationships with AWS Distribution Partners to grow revenue.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast opportunities.
Navigate public sector contracting vehicles and procedures.
Create strategic sales plans for the portfolio of partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable joint pursuits.
Engage with regional leadership to align on partner priorities.
Prepare business reviews for senior management on progress and blockers.
Manage complex negotiations on behalf of the distributor with AWS business units.
