The candidate will have substantial public sector dispute experience, a track record in business development, and the ability to lead legal teams while driving strategic growth from the Cardiff office.

• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and contribute to strategic firm initiatives.
• Drive cross-referrals and collaborate with other practice areas to expand the client base.
