Job summary

VANRATH is seeking a senior transformation lead to oversee organisation-wide systems optimisation and digital transformation within the public sector. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Corporate Services and sits with a forward‑thinking leadership team.

You will analyse core business systems, design digital improvements, and develop automated reporting while training staff and coordinating with vendors and IT colleagues to ensure data governance and security.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting experience.
• Proven ability to lead system evaluations and digital improvements.
• Experience in training staff and supporting digital adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide systems capability analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Drive digital process redesign to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Develop automated reporting frameworks for senior management.
• Engage with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver continuous digital improvements.
• Support data governance and information security best practices.
