Qualifications

• Qualification in Computer Science or closely related field (HNC/HND or equivalent).
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies including computing, storage and networking.
• Understanding of information security principles and modern standards approaches.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, with focus on service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and operation of information security controls.
• Design, implement and operate management strategies for robust information security.
• Translate business problems into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Investigate technical issues and contribute to remedies and preventative measures.
• Coordinate service delivery from design to operation for IT products and services.
• Build and test integrations between systems as part of a wider team.
• Execute test scripts and manage testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document work using required standards, methods and tools.
