Job summary

JobsTrackR in Liverpool is seeking an ICT Technical Analyst to design, implement and support ICT infrastructure and technology solutions on a temporary full-time basis. You will administer applications, configure, monitor and manage infrastructure across physical, virtualised and cloud environments, and assist with upgrades and new technologies.

The role covers incident resolution, documentation, standards, governance, security, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to deliver

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support ICT infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Administer and support business applications, software platforms, and digital services.
• Configure, monitor, and manage infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and cloud-based environments.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Support systems integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support materials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of technical standards, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure operational resilience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ICT services.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Participate in project delivery activities and contribute technical expertise to business change programmes.
• Ensure compliance with information security, governance, and organisational standards.
