Job summary

Solirius Reply in London – Hybrid is seeking an Interaction Designer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering trusted, user-centred digital public services for government and private sector clients.

You will listen, design inclusive experiences, and work within agile teams, turning client needs into clear user journeys, wireframes and prototypes while maintaining design systems and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with GOV.UK Prototype Kit and design patterns.
• Experience ensuring usability, accessibility, inclusivity per WCAG and GOV.UK guidelines.
• Experience working to the Government Service Standard with service assessment across phases.
• Ability to design simple, intuitive digital services aligned to user needs and business goals.
• Ability to work end-to-end across channels with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centred digital public services for Government and Private Sector clients.
• Create inclusive, accessible, and intuitive interactions across channels.
• Collaborate in agile multidisciplinary teams with developers, researchers, PMs.
• Produce interaction design artefacts: wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes.
• Lead workshops and user testing to validate solutions.
