Job summary

CPC Project Services LLP in Manchester seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transport and infrastructure schemes from feasibility through to delivery. You will manage budgets, programmes, risk and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver investable projects for clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring value for money, maintaining momentum, and building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and delivery partners throughout the project

Qualifications

• Proven project leadership across transport or infrastructure schemes.
• Experience supporting business cases, funding submissions and approvals.
• Strong programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering through lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, commercially aware project leadership across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Establish objectives, delivery strategies, programmes, budgets, governance and reporting.
• Coordinate business cases, funding submissions and investment approvals with technical and financial inputs.
• Manage cost, programme, risk, change and quality.
• Procure and manage consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead project meetings and workshops with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and maintain communications with clients, authorities and delivery partners.
