Job summary

Planet designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites. We offer a full-time, hybrid Customer Success Manager, Civil Government role based in London/Berlin/Haarlem with three days in office.

You will manage and expand relationships with national governments, regional authorities, and supranational bodies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will translate customer needs into value, navigate procurement cycles, and collaborate with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success or account management, ideally with government clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of remote sensing, GIS or geospatial imagery products.
• Experience with CRM/CS tools and cross-border stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Help customers maximize value of Planet imagery and geospatial solutions in workflows.
• Navigate government procurement cycles and build cross-country stakeholder connections.
• Willingness to travel to connect with customers and internal teams.
