Job summary

G2 Recruitment Group Limited is partnering with a public sector organisation to appoint an Estates Manager on a nine-month interim basis. You will lead 5-6 direct reports, oversee the long-term strategy for the estate and ensure the efficient running of the service.

You will liaise with key stakeholders, build positive relationships and report directly into the Head of Property. The role requires senior public-sector experience and RICS chartered status, with the ability to balance leadership

Qualifications

• Senior public-sector experience with understanding of the delicacy of the role.
• RICS chartered status is required.
• Proven ability to run a successful and efficient service across a busy portfolio.
• Ability to balance team management with personal workload.
