Qualifications

• Experience at a senior level within the public sector and understands the delicacy of the role.
• Must be RICS chartered.
• Proven ability to run a successful and efficient service across a busy portfolio.
• Able to balance the management of a team whilst still performing your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the long-term strategy plan of the organisation and ensure the efficient running of it.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Report directly into the Head of Property and work closely with them to ensure the service remains successful.
