Figma is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the UK Government in London to lead strategic government engagements and build a scalable public sector business. You will drive multi‑threaded engagement with senior decision‑makers, map procurement, and align Figma’s platform to government needs.

This role sits in the Enterprise segment and focuses on greenfield government opportunities, requiring a high‑performing seller with deep domain expertise and strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into Government / Public Sector accounts.
• Proven track record of building new business in greenfield or early‑stage markets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to engage and influence executive‑level buyers.
• Consistent performance in pipeline generation and net new business development.

Responsabilités

• Own and build Figma’s Government (Public Sector) pipeline and book of business.
• Create and execute a GTM strategy for Government accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across Government organisations.
• Apply discovery‑led, value‑based selling to align Figma’s platform with public sector needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans across departments and functions.
• Navigate long, complex sales cycles including compliance, procurement, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to position Figma effectively and drive deal progression.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable Government business and future team growth.
