Job summary

Ceox is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Agile software and data projects for UK Public Sector clients. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI, from mobilisation to live service.

Work closely with Technical Leads and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track, manage risks, budgets and dependencies, and ensure clear visibility throughout. Hybrid working with Guildford office and client sites.

Qualifications

• Delivery management experience within software development.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in Professional Services or Consultancy.
• Experience managing multi-resource projects lasting 6+ months.
• Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Budget management, forecasting and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile software and data projects from mobilisation through to live service.
• Manage delivery against scope, timescales, budget and quality.
• Run Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, resourcing and project governance.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Provide reporting on delivery progress, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage scope and change control.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Support bids, proposals and project estimates.
• Contribute to improving Ceox delivery processes.
