Job summary

Ceox is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Agile software and data projects for UK Public Sector clients. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI, guiding projects from mobilisation to live service.

You will work with Technical Leads and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track, manage risks and budgets, and provide visible progress reporting and governance throughout.

Responsibilities

Delivery Manager

Permanent | Hybrid – Guildford & Client Sites | UK Public Sector

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Agile software and data projects for our UK Public Sector clients.

You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams working across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI, taking projects from mobilisation through delivery and into live service.

Working closely with Technical Leads and client stakeholders, you’ll keep delivery on track, manage risks, budgets and dependencies, and ensure clients have clear visibility throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Delivery management experience within software development.


• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum.


• Experience within a Professional Services or Consultancy environment.


• Experience managing multi-resource projects lasting 6+ months.


• Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience.


• Budget management, forecasting and change control.


• Eligible to obtain SC clearance.


• Right to work full-time in the UK, visa‑free, for at least the next three years.

Desirable

• UK Central Government or wider Public Sector delivery experience.


• Knowledge of GDS Service Standard.


• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure.


• Data, analytics or AI project delivery experience.


• Experience transitioning projects into live/managed services.


• Agile/project certification such as PSM, CSM, AgilePM, PRINCE2 Agile or APM PMQ.


• Existing SC clearance.
