Job summary

The Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Customer Insight Coordinator in Cardiff to design, manage and oversee the customer satisfaction database and ensure data-driven insights inform workplace improvements. You will coordinate CSAT surveys, manage data governance (GDPR) and deliver high-quality dashboards for senior stakeholders.

You'll act as the central point of contact for Qualtrics, oversee the insights pipeline, and support the GPA's transformation programmes with data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing customer insight data pipelines.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and oversee the customer satisfaction database.
• Coordinate the customer insights pipeline and CSAT survey processes.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection within the Gatekeeper process.
• Produce dashboards and reports to inform strategy and improvement efforts.
• Serve as central point of contact for Qualtrics and provide team training.
