The position requires coordinating CSAT surveys, ensuring GDPR compliance, and producing high-quality reports and dashboards for senior management. It is a permanent, full-time role based in Birmingham.

Your role will be essential in driving operational excellence, overseeing requests for customer insights data, aligning insights with departmental and business objectives.
