• Database Administration: Set up and oversee the Customer Satisfaction database and support data transitions to platforms like PowerBI.
• Insight management and coordination: Lead the customer insights pipeline, manage CSAT surveys and survey logistics.
• Governance and compliance: Promote GDPR compliance and manage the Gatekeeper process for survey submissions.
• Data Reporting and Communication: Produce dashboards, reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Qualtrics expertise: Act as central contact for Qualtrics and support team capability building.
