Elastic seeks a Senior Public Sector Account Executive to grow our footprint within UK Defence. You will drive demand for Elastic across Observability, Search, Security and cloud solutions, while leveraging a strong Open Source message to key Defence stakeholders.

You will build credible relationships within the Defence community, manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and collaborate with product, legal, and services teams to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

Experience selling in Defence or related primes.
Experience selling SaaS across Observability, Search, Security and Cloud.
Ability to build credibility with Defence stakeholders and navigate the sector.

Responsibilities

Build awareness and drive demand for Elastic within Defence.
Evangelise Open Source while showcasing commercial features to stakeholders.
Uncover new use cases and expand Elastic footprint in Defence.
Collaborate across Elastic functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
Develop a robust business plan with community, customer and partner ecosystems.
