Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Analyst/Change Management roles.
• Significant Public Sector experience essential.
• Experience delivering organisational or structural change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing change risks, issues and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of implementation plans.
• Build relationships and drive staff engagement throughout the programme.
• Work closely with line managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Support communications, process mapping and staff upskilling.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvements, implementing new processes where required.
• Provide regular reporting on implementation progress.
