Job summary

BrightBox Group is seeking an SC-eligible Business Analyst to join a public sector programme. The role is hybrid with monthly travel, starting ASAP, and ends 31 March 2027. You will gather requirements, model processes, develop specs, run workshops, and support testing and implementation of new systems.

You will work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, analyse data, and document outcomes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Public sector experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with business process modelling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Must be SC Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
