The role requires a valid SIA license, a full UK driving licence, and a minimum 5-year checkable work history. You will work day shifts with a focus on safety in a public sector environment.

Qualifications

• SIA License is required.

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover and support to multiple locations within a region.
• Adhere to site operational guidance and instruction sets.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Provide a proactive presence in public areas with guiding visitors.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with site rules.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage public conduct.
• Demonstrate situational awareness and report incidents clearly.
• Administer basic First Aid when required.
