You'll partner with Account Managers to help public sector customers harness data, automation, and AI to drive insights and efficiency, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on data strategy, automation tools and AI-driven solutions for Public Sector clients
• Work with Account Managers to align technology with business outcomes using Softcat's consultative framework
• Lead discussions around data platforms, analytics, AI, and automation; stay updated on trends
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Managed Services for delivery and ongoing support
