Job summary

Coventry City Council is recruiting a Pest Control & Dog Enforcement Officer to respond to requests for pest control treatments in domestic and commercial properties and to support the dog enforcement section.

You will service commercial pest management contracts, maintain records, and assist with dog enforcement when required. DBS check is required; Right to Work in the UK is a must. Driving duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• RSPH Certificate level 2 in pest control is essential.
• Knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of pests.
• Experience dealing with pests in commercial settings.
• Experience working with the public and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for pest control treatments in domestic and commercial properties.
• Service commercial pest management contracts to keep businesses pest-free.
• Maintain up-to-date records and document actions taken.
• Assist the dog enforcement officer when required.
