Responsibilities

• Undertake routine to moderately complex countryside, public rights of way and related matters, including enforcement, hearings and inquiries.
• Provide support to senior team members on large or complex matters.
• Deliver general legal advice on public rights of way, access land, highways, commons and village greens; conduct legal research.
• Supervise and delegate to junior team members as appropriate.
• Adhere to LEXCEL quality standards and assist with drafting Committee reports.
