With a suite of exciting new brands joining our roster soon, we’re growing our team and looking for an outstanding Account Director or Senior Account Director to join our senior team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency and our clients.

The Role

This is a senior role for someone with at least one year’s experience at AD level in a press focused role, who has experience leading on major accounts, developing high performing teams and contributing to client results, agency growth and innovation. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to deliver exceptional client service, spearhead standout results for clients, creative campaigns and drive strategic thinking across the business.

We’re looking for natural leaders who have the confidence, creativity and initiative to move fast, solve problems and push work forward.

You’ll be Responsible For:

• Leading and growing client relationships across high-profile performance, wellness, fitness and lifestyle brands
• Shaping and driving strategy, earned media plans, and creative campaigns that deliver results
• Managing and mentoring a talented team, with a focus on leadership, delegation and development
• Driving new ideas, spotting opportunities, and proactively making things happen
• Overseeing high standards of delivery, reporting and communication across all workstreams
• Contributing to new business and thought leadership

You’ll Need to Have:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as an Account Director (agency side essential)
• Deep understanding of media (traditional, digital and emerging), and influencer landscapes in the UK across the health, fitness, wellness and sports sectors
• A track record of delivering best in class campaigns across earned media for clients
• Exceptional communication, leadership and client relation skills
• A passion for fitness, health, wellness and sports, and the ambition to deliver game changing work in this space
• A proactive, self starting mindset, always thinking ahead and taking initiative
• Strong people management skills, with proven experience building, leading and developing teams
