LUYA is a nationwide PR, Events and Social agency with a presence in the North West and London. We are seeking candidates with a background and experience in PR, media relations, and events, with a specific focus and passion for the Hotel, Leisure, and Hospitality industry. At least one to two years of experience is preferred.

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Aiding the organization of editorial coverage in all press including local, regional, national, trade, online, etc.
2. Contacting and following up with press on a daily basis by phone to see what they are working on and potentially calling in.
3. Aiding with the creation, issuance, and follow-up of all press releases and press emails.
4. Building relationships with press and influencers.
5. Checking various press platforms for suitable leads and following up for each relevant client regularly.
6. General copywriting – including press releases, articles, e-shots, newsletters, etc.
7. Event planning, management, and attendance.
8. Attending client and general meetings as necessary.
9. Collating statistics for monthly PR reports.
